**This class is held at a different location: Medwyn Centre, Reigate Road, Dorking, RH41SD. It is always cancelled on bank holiday Mondays due to Medwyn Centre being shut, and it is not available on Zoom. Please bring your own mat for this session.

Class Types
Pilates
Slow and controlled series of core conditioning exercises. Class focus is on core strength and joint mobility; improving posture, alleviating back pain; managing common orthopaedic conditions. Various small props are provided for support or to add challenge. |
Yoga Flow
Creative and playful stringing of yoga postures together in a continuous, seamless flow using breath; usually glued together by a vinyasa sequence. Includes meditation. Wonderful for global muscles strength and flexibility, improved balance and stress relief. Various small props are provided for support. |
Barre
Fun, ballet-inspired, exercise to music fitness class designed to condition the entire body. Great for toning the muscles and improving core stability, posture and alignment. Props like a chair (acting as the barre) and small hand weights or loop bands may be used (all provided). |
Body Harmony
A magical blend of Tai Chi, yoga and Pilates. Drawing from these three major disciplines, Body Harmony is a beautiful, choreographed exercise to music class, designed to improve flexibility, strength, core stability and to create harmony between the body and the mind. Props: usually none but various yoga props are available. |
IN-PERSON PRICES
Pay As You Go - £15.00 pp (60 min) Class Pass - one time payment £60.00 pp: 5 in-person classes (£12 per class) to be used within 7 weeks from purchase. Zoom classes not included. Monthly Unlimited Membership - £68.00/month pp: Unlimited in-person classes a month + unlimited Zoom classes + On Demand. Membership Freeze - £15.00/month pp Maximum 3 months. |
ZOOM PRICES
Pay As You Go - £7.00 pp (60 min) Zoom Membership - £35.00/month pp: Unlimited Zoom classes a month. VIDEOS ON DEMAND PRICE On Demand Subscription - £12/month Access to an extensive video library of 60- and 45-min Pilates and yoga classes. |

It's self service via online booking system (I'm here to help of course).
Bookings can be made right up until the class starts.
Changes / cancellations can be made up until 2 hours before the class starts.
