ABOUT ME
Hi! My name is Małgosia, and I offer Pilates and Yoga classes in Brockham, Surrey, as well as on Zoom, and an online library of recorded classes so you can do them anytime you like from the comfort of your own home.
This is my story. Back in 2008 I fell in love with exercise and completed The Studio Professional Diploma (Level 2 Exercise to Music Instructor, Choreography and Conditioning, and Basic Step). Soon after I also qualified in and started teaching Body Balance and Body Combat (Les Mills programmes) regularly. |
Discovering Pilates was one of the best things that happened to me. It made me so much more aware of my posture and body alignment, and I finally really understood what core muscles are, how they work, and how to gain control over them. Not easy! But it’s 100% worth it – the benefits are countless.
I decided to gain a Level 3 Specialist Diploma in Mat Pilates and never looked back. Not only does Pilates help me with my own postural ailments every day, but it also makes me more efficient and safer in other fitness classes and activities. I achieve better results! Moreover, teaching Pilates allows me to share precious knowledge with my clients and help them feel happier, stronger, more flexible and healthier!

I have specialist Pilates qualifications in the area of common orthopaedic conditions as well as pre- and post-natal exercises. I can help you alleviate pains and aches you may be experiencing due to osteoporosis, arthritis, back issues, knee and hip problems, shoulder conditions, and more, offering a programme of specially modified and adapted Pilates exercises.
If you're pregnant, I can help you keep your body happy, strong and supple throughout pregnancy, and bring it back to its pre-pregnancy condition once your baby arrived. As a mummy myself, I truly understand what you're going through!
Years of practicing and teaching Body Balance (a beautiful combination of Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates) has eventually led me to officially qualify in Yoga (200 Hours Teacher Training). My favourite style is Vinyasa, characterised by stringing postures together in a continuous, seamless flow, using breath. |
