TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Cancellation period - the sooner the better. Clients on Pay as You Go and Class Pass are asked to cancel their bookings minimum 2 hours before any online or in-person class starts to receive their credit back to use at a later date within their billing period*, however later cancellation is still much appreciated to enable to maximise the capacity of the classes and offer spaces to others. Members do not lose credits as they have unlimited bookings, but are asked to cancel their bookings considerately.
There is no minimum time before the in-person class that bookings have to be made - clients can book right up until the session is about to start. Sessions are booked on a first-come-first-served basis. Clients can join a waiting list if the class is full and will be notified when a free space is available. First-come-first-serve basis applies to the waiting list as well - the first client to book will get the spot. For Zoom classes bookings close 15 minutes before the online class starts.
Teachers occasionally change at short notice. No refunds or exchanges will be given if there is a cover teacher and the 2-hour cancellation rule still applies.
Payment plans prices are calculated to include any class cancellations, reduced and/or alternative timetable over:
Extension / changes to renewal and expiry dates of payment plans will be considered in extenuating circumstances.*
Depending on the governmental guidelines and rules that are in force at the time to do with COVID or any other pandemic, all in person classes may be moved online. Prices of tickets / passes and memberships will be adjusted accordingly.
All tickets, passes, and memberships are non refundable or transferable to another client.
All prices are per person.
Unlimited Membership, Zoom Membership and On Demand are monthly recurring automatic payments and they for a minimum period of 3 months. They will continue to auto renew every month after the minimum period until requested to cancel.
Any client participating in classes are confirming that they are fit and well and have no medical conditions that could impact their practice in any way. By participating you agree that you are voluntarily engaging in a suitable level of exercise given your knowledge of your health and taking into account any medical advice you have received.
Any client participating in classes should make the teacher aware of any injuries or conditions that require adaptations to exercises and/or individual approach before the start of any in person or online class.
Many classes are currently hybrid, meaning they are taught both online and in-person at the same time.
Malgosia Underwood Pilates & Yoga collects personal information that is necessary, relevant and adequate for the purpose clients provide it for. This personal information is processed and used in line with the latest GDPR rules and regulations. Malgosia Underwood Pilates & Yoga does not sell clients’ information to third parties. COVID (all in person classes)
Clients must book all the sessions in advance.
Clients are asked to arrive in good time before the class starts to ensure safety and social distancing is adhered to.
Clients must bring their own exercise mat.
There will be a no-contact policy in place. Your teacher will stay in one place and will not be able to offer hands-on assistance.
Pilates and Yoga props will be available and cleaned in advance, but clients are more than welcome to bring their own.
Clients are asked to wipe down the used props after the class and will be provided with suitable cleaner and a cloth to do so.
Clients must keep safe distance from each other before, during and after class, unless they came together.

Malgosia Underwood Pilates & Yoga reserves the right to change or amend our terms and conditions without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the client to check the terms and conditions on a regular basis.
*Exceptions, extensions, temporary freezing of tickets / passes / memberships may be possible depending on individual circumstances and will be reviewed on a case by case basis. The exceptional circumstances include but are not limited to serious injury or illness, surgery, pregnancy.

- Christmas and the period in-between Christmas and New Year
- Bank Holidays
- Teacher annual leave
- Teacher sickness and emergencies

- have a continuous cough
- run a temperature
- had a recent positive COVID test
- think they may have COVID or believe they were recently in contact with someone who has COVID.
